Large-scale events for organizations that can't afford a visible mistake.
Conferences, public programmes, exhibitions and launches. We start by understanding your process, then shape the event around it, together with our production partner Filmmusic Company.
Stages like these.

A big stage is the easy part.
When your organization's name is on the event, the difficult work is everything the audience never sees.
Senior guests and protocol
Names, titles, seating, arrival timing and last-minute changes are planned and rehearsed, because these are the mistakes people remember.
Public scrutiny
Your event has to look modern and confident without looking wasteful. We plan for how it will read in the room, in the press and online.
Approvals and paperwork
Every organization works differently. We map out who approves what, which documents are needed and by when, then shape the scope around that process.
One person who answers for it
You have one main contact from the first conversation to wrap-up, so you are not left coordinating stage, booth, media and suppliers yourself.
From the boardroom to the arena.
Conferences and corporate events
AGMs, town halls, executive dinners, anniversaries and year-end events.
Public programmes
Opening ceremonies, national competitions, public-sector showcases and press events.
Exhibitions and pavilions
Stand design and build, including sustainability and technology showcases.
Launches and public experiences
Product launches, immersive installations and large public activations.
Arena-scale shows
Full staging, lighting, screens and projection for large live audiences.
Roadshows and online events
Multi-city tours, live broadcast studios and online launches.
Start with a conversation, then scope what fits.
Some teams arrive with a full plan, others with only a date. We can take on the whole event or just the parts you need, and adjust as your plans develop.
- Talk firstWhat the event must achieve, who attends, and how decisions get made.
- Scope and optionsA concept and options you can take through internal approval.
- ProductionStage, screens, content, suppliers and venue coordination.
- Show dayRehearsal, then a team on site from load-in to close.
- Wrap-upPhotos, a summary and the documents you need for your records.
Two teams, clear roles.

Before we talk.
Isn't Sales Move a sales training company?
Sales training is where Sales Move started. This service pairs Sales Move's project leadership with Filmmusic Company's production team, whose work is shown on this page.
Can you work with state enterprises and large organizations?
Our approach is built around how large organizations work, including approvals, senior guests and formal protocol. Tell us how your organization runs events, and we'll talk through how we would fit in.
What about vendor registration and procurement documents?
Requirements differ between organizations, so we go through yours in the first conversation and agree how to handle contracts and documents from there.
What budget do we need?
It depends on scale, venue and production. We'd rather understand the event first, then suggest options that suit your range.
How far ahead should we talk to you?
The earlier the better, especially for large events with senior guests. If your date is close, talk to us anyway, and we'll tell you what is realistic.
Who handles permits, safety and venue approvals?
This varies by venue and type of event. We go through it at the planning stage, and agree clearly who handles each item.
Do you work outside Bangkok?
Tell us where the event will be, and we'll talk through the logistics. The work shown here includes roadshows as well as Bangkok events.
Let's talk about your event.
You don't need a complete brief. Send us a short message, and we'll arrange a 30-minute call to understand your event and suggest the right next step.
